How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the continental US. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached for hygienic reasons.
How should I care for my shapewear to ensure it lasts?
To maintain the elasticity and compression of your HEYSHAPE™ pieces, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
